By downloading, installing, or using Lockilee, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.
1. The service
Lockilee ("the App") is an Android application, developed and operated by XigmaPro, that lets you store photos, videos, and other files in an encrypted vault on your own device. Lockilee is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address using a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for any activity that occurs on devices you have signed in on. You can review and revoke signed-in devices at any time from Settings → Devices.
3. Your content, your responsibility
You retain full ownership of everything you store in your vault. Because vault content is encrypted on-device and never transmitted to us, we have no ability to view, moderate, back up, or recover it. This means:
- If you forget your vault PIN and have not enabled biometric or recovery options supported by the App, your vault content may become permanently inaccessible. Lockilee cannot recover it for you.
- You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you store. You agree not to use Lockilee to store or process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Uninstalling the App, losing your device, or factory-resetting your phone without a backup will result in permanent loss of vault content.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
Lockilee offers a Free plan (up to 10 slots, shared between protected files and locked apps) and a Pro plan (unlimited files and locked apps) billed yearly at $15/year through Google Play Billing. The Yearly plan renews automatically each year unless cancelled. Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Google Play account and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App beyond what is permitted by law; attempt to bypass or disable its security features for malicious purposes; use the App to violate any applicable law; or interfere with the operation of the backend service (for example, through abuse of the authentication or API endpoints).
6. Disguise mode & intruder detection
Lockilee offers an optional "disguise mode" that presents the App as a working calculator, and an optional intruder-detection feature. These are provided as privacy tools, not as guarantees against determined forensic analysis or device compromise. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the backend service (sign-in, device management, subscription verification) available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the App's core vault functionality — viewing, organizing, and unlocking files already stored on your device — does not require an active internet connection.
8. Termination
You may stop using Lockilee and delete your account at any time (see Data & Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XigmaPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data resulting from a forgotten PIN, lost device, or uninstalled app.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
